Questions, answered

How does the early access offer work?

Register now and get a 3-month free trial when we launch on 1 January 2027. The trial uses Starter plan usage limits, and registering does not start a trial or any billing. We will email you before launch with instructions to activate your trial, along with the full offer terms.

What happens when the free trial ends?

You can continue on a paid plan. We will email you 15 days before the trial ends, and your portal will show a reminder too. Planned pricing is shown above for guidance and is subject to change before launch.

How does the referral bonus work?

After you register for early access you get a personal invite link. You can refer up to 2 friends. For each friend who registers for early access with your link, you get 1 extra month free on top of your 3-month launch trial (3 + 1, or 3 + 2 at most). Bonus months are added after launch, once we have verified the registrations. Each friend must register with their own email address.

What exactly is Collectay?

Collectay is a web platform that helps businesses track invoices, send automatic payment reminders over WhatsApp, SMS and email, forecast cashflow and get AI insights, all in one place.

Why "AI Cashflow Operating System"?

Because it does more than store invoices. It automates collections, predicts late payments and explains your cashflow, acting as the layer that coordinates your customers, invoices and communication.

Do my customers need to install anything?

No. Customers receive messages on WhatsApp, SMS or email, the apps they already use.

Is it only for large companies?

No. It is designed for small and medium businesses, agencies, professionals and freelancers.

Which features are planned for launch?

Invoices, customers, reminder journeys, WhatsApp/SMS/email reminders, AI insights, the Saathi assistant and greetings are built and being prepared for launch. Voice notes and image reminders are in preview, while AI avatar videos and AI voice calls are coming soon. Some channels need your provider approvals, such as WhatsApp templates and SMS DLT registration.

Is my data safe?

We use encrypted connections, OTP-based sign-in and access controls. You can export or delete your data at any time. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
